I dumbed down her powers because at full power she would have the ability to basically rewrite a persons destiny at will by making or breaking the threads of fate.

What was her backstory?
Past life she was the sworn knight of / grew up with Nehellenia, and general of said queen's armies. And eventually she ended up in the service of Queen Serenity who is a uber cunt. and basically fucked my character over. (It was a friend's AU plot line) and she was Sailor Pluto's lover. And a bunch of other stuff.
Modern life. Parents died in car-crash, she got sent to live with grandparents in Japan. She ended up taking in a young Mamoru and basically adopted him as her baby brother pre S1
