I can say that my original source for this data, which I was receiving in piecemeal format (appears to be how Desinerd was also receiving it, which is why there are some obvious copy/paste repeats in some of these) did receive threat of legal action from HBO. Filming apparently starts in September, so stay on the lookout for that, and any collaborating evidence (or contradictions) it may provide.
