I had been thinking either fever hot or room/environment temp, but please keep chiming in because I'd love to know what everyone thinks.

If it helps. I headcanon Dany is running cool. Like. cold hands and feet. But headcanon Arya as overly warm. Like one of those people you go wtf beacuse its literally freezing out and they are wearing shorts.

I do have this as existing posted Munky canon from WtSRitE though:
For an answer, Dany became the aggressor, pinning the slight Braavosi to the wall and getting so close to his face that their breath intermingled. "This." Dany said softly, and kissed him. His lips were cool, as everyone's were when Dany kissed them, but Cressio seemed to run cooler than the rest. Dany found this invigorating, like getting caught in a sudden rain. He kissed back with fervor, and Dany took advantage of that, pulling just out of range until she could hear his growl of frustration.
So I suppose the question is to stick with existing canon, or create a new one because HBO 'canon,' if it can be called that...

Stick to your existing canon of Dany running warmer and Arya cooler then the average person.
I personally just like the lols of it being opposite among other reasons
