The main point for this post revolves around what GRRM says right here:
And Jon Snow, too, is drained by the experience of coming back from the dead on the show.
Right. And poor Beric Dondarrion, who was set up as the foreshadowing of all this, every time he’s a little less Beric. His memories are fading, he’s got all these scars, he’s becoming more and more physically hideous, because he’s not a living human being anymore. His heart isn’t beating, his blood isn’t flowing in his veins, he’s a wight, but a wight animated by fire instead of by ice, now we’re getting back to the whole fire and ice thing.
So, Fire Wights. That's what these people who are brought back by the Red Priests and Priestesses are. Wights.
Clearly they are not the same as the ice wights we know, but there must be a few commonalities aside from 'both brought back from the dead'. And at first I wondered if maybe Fire Wights can fall the same way Ice Wights do (kill their reanimator, and the soldiers fall). But no, because Thoros was killed and Beric is still kicking around. So the death of Melisandre won't necessarily take Jon down with her.
As you said. Beric's heart isnt beating, is blood doesnt flow. SO how the fuck did Jon Snow knock up Dany when he died, and there for, his little swimmers should have died with him? PLOT HOLE MOTHER FUCKER.
As for the whole Fire Wights thing.. idk. I tend to basically gloss over everything involving the Red God because it gives me a headache.
Also. The fact that you are even thinking about this type of things gives me hope. >_>
If Jon died rather than Dany (which is narratively poor form, to bring a character back from the dead only to re-kill them which is why I've always doubted that would be the case, along with the fact the Farmboy Trope is clearly in full swing).. well, that'd be a gamechanger.
Edit: but they're both likely toast. So, I'll have to just watch and see.
If nothing else, I'm trying to start some good conversation and theorizing in the House.

Sadly, because the farmboy trope is in full swing, Dany is going to die because of something stupid. And it makes me angry.

Ya I'm with you there.
“I’m not a Lady, I’m a Wolf!” "He who fights with monsters should be careful lest he thereby become a monster. And if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee." The tormentor becomes the tormented. People become what they love and hate, because their mind focuses on it."

You know, I did think about this too. Briefly.
Then I realized that thinking about this really grossed me out, because I didn't want to think about Jon's 'magically inexplicable' swimmers at all.
So I had a drink, skillfully peeled off some craft beer labels, lit a few matches across my knuckles and then put it all out of my mind
Absolutely. Timing is key. And even if you don't want a drink, matches and knuckles while staring and brooding always work too.
We can even get you fitted for a nice stereotypical butch leather jacket XD
Excuse you. I have two leather jackets. I do need to go get a new long jacket however. As my current one is kinda torn up. I could likely repair it. But... ehhh...

Matrix-esque?
kinda? Us navy officer peacoat. The basic lining is torn up and it's missing a button or two that I no longer know where they are. Honestly I just need to rotate out my old jackets and coats at this point.
Peacoats are awesome. I've had one kicking around ever since I saw Boondock Saints (still love that flick).
Now. What I really need is a nice fitted suit.
What we all need is a trip to Bindle and Keep in NYC. When I finally win the lottery, I'm bringing all of House Danarya there with me to get suited up.
