is the morning person/night person? Dany's the morning person, Arya's the night person. Arya sleeps very little though so she's awake most of the morning and night, she just likes to pretend she's badass sitting in the shadows
is the one to most likely pick the movie they watch? Dany. Arya likes to pretend to be indecisive to piss Dany off, and also usually doesn't care what they watch as long as they're watching it together.
makes friends with the neighbors? Dany. Arya makes enemies with most of the neighbors
is the adventurous eater? Arya will eat almost anything
sings in the shower? Arya, and she tries to get Dany to join in when they shower together
brings home stray animals? Dany. Arya snarks about not signing up to run a zoo (but she loves fostering dogs)
takes the other’s last name? They keep their own names (and perhaps don't ever get officially married), or Arya takes Dany's name

I'm gonna have to go with Dany, at this point; shes more used to going after what and who she wants. So while Arya might flirt, it'll be Dany the seals the deal.

Arya; in actions first, then in the dead of night, whispered into Dany's neck when she things Dany is sound asleep (Shes not)

Both women are equally stubborn, so the fights are mutual. 
is big spoon/little spoon?
Arya is mostly the big spoon, those protective pack insticts of hers means she wants to wrap around Dany and shield her from the world. 
is the better cook?
Arya. She learned first from the cooks at Winterfell, strangely the one "lady" like behavior she enjoyed was cooking. Later cooking was a nessessity when on the road. Dany could burn water if left alone in the kitchen, although shes really good at making lemon cakes.
remembers their anniversaries?
Dany; always remembers, and always makes sure to clear her schedual so she can spend the whole day and night with Arya without their dutys getting in the way, and she tends to do over the top romantic genstures. Arya usually doesnt exactly remember, but she tends to do small, every day things, that more then makes up for the fact she doesnt keep track.
‘wears the pants’ in the relationship?
Its a give and take. Dany tends to 'wear the pants' in public, because shes Queen. Expect when it comes to her protection, then its Arya. In private, it depends. However, Arya would argue that she wears the pants.. because she litterally wears pants, she hates dresses.
is the morning person/night person?
Neither are morning people. Although Dany will rise with the sun because of Queen stuff, and shes def more of a day person Arya however will sleep until miday if allowed, and if not allowed, shes cranky for several hours. And Arya is def more of a night person 
is the romantic one?
Arya. But quietly. She learned romance from her parents, from her father, so her romantic gestures are small and personal. Dany tries to do romance, but she tends to do things over the top. 
is the more cuddly one?
Arya. though she would never admit it. Shes very touchy with Dany. Dany loves it, though she pretends not to notice, as she doesnt want to draw outside attention to it overly much. 
is the one to most likely pick the movie they watch?
Neither really cares for movies or TV; they both like reading more. But they both have their favorites, and theres enough overlap that theres little argument about what movies they watch when they do watch them. 
is the one who would pay for dates?
Dany, because she is Queen, and having grown up with so little, she enjoys being able to spend money on those she cares about. Even if its just paying for dinner. 
falls asleep on the couch?
Arya. Usually while waiting for Dany to finish work. Dany falls asleep at her desk though, and Arya always has to carrier her to bed.
makes friends with the neighbors?
Neither. They both can play nice. But they dont make friends with their neighbors. They let Tyrion worry about that. 
is the adventurous eater?
Arya; though Dany isnt too picky herself. (she did eat a raw horse heart once after all)
hogs the covers at night?
Dany does once winter sets in. Turns out Dragons dont do so well in the cold. So she hogs the covers and cuddles the fuck out of Arya, who is surprisingly warm. 
forgets to do the dishes?
Arya. Def Arya.
leaves dirty laundry on the floor?
Dany. 
sings in the shower?
 Neither really. Arya will hum however. Dany tends to talk to herself. 
brings home stray animals?
They are both guilty of this. But Dany in preticular does it more often. Fur babies and all that.
takes the other’s last name?
Arya eventually changes her last name to Targaryen-Stark. but only sevreal years after their secret marriage in winterfell. It was a surprise for Dany, who didnt know until the herald announced Arya's enterence during a ball.

Dany. 'Cause she's making diligent efforts to 'lighten up' a bit once she's ruler of everything, but humor is an art that takes a while to master.

This would be Dany. Arya's favorite shirt is too big, yet oh so comfy.
Pretty girls do this all the time.

This is actually a tough one. They are both 'pack leaders' and extremely protective of loved ones/'their people'. Slight edge to Arya, simply because Queen = Constant Target

-is more likely to cave to 'sad puppy eyes'?
Arya. Sad, purple puppy eyes will be her undoing. Dany don't budge.

-kills the spiders?
Arya. Killing stuff is what she does, dammit.

-is top?
I have to toss this one out into the 'verse as a tie. Because even though Arya 'wears the pants', in the literal sense - Dany Likes To Claim What Is Hers. XD

-cried at their wedding?
Neither. They both continually chide themselves not to cry, as they both view tears as signs of weakness - even if they are happy tears.

-is defensive of the pets?
The two great House members who most identify with their pets/sigils and I have to choose one as more defensive than the other? ;_;
Dany. Because she is Mommy of Dragons, and you know how mothers get with their children.

-holds the door on dates?
Arya. Dany's a Queen, yo - there's standards to uphold!

Arya. Dothraki Dany has zero reservation or shame!

Dany. She can be cold like that.
