Knighting a New Queensguard! :D

Ah, now you're making the new Queensguard all bloody shy...!

Seriously though, many thanks to the General and Issa. The Danarya/Stargaryen community is small, but very passionate. There was a call for message boards/tumblrs/chats as far back as last year, and we never really managed to pull any of it together.

Now, in the space of a few short weeks, we have everything we'd considered and more. And it's thanks to these two.

So, we're all going to keep writing, and keep being our crazy selves, and hopefully we'll have a few more sign up and join us. But, even if not, well - we'll provide a hell of a lot of entertainment for the lurkers

I just want to add my good cheer to this news.

Starky from the beginning was good enough to respond to my comments and all those of others.

She comments on any fic she reads and finds to her liking. Her comments are always insightful and kind.

I never had any desire to write Fan Fiction until I read Starky's work. I go back to the heyday of the Academy of Bards. Then i found Archive of our Own reading another ship. i accidentally discovered Starky's Allegiance. i was blown away.

It inspired me to try my hand at writing. i contacted her and she was nothing but positive. Her comments fill me with resolve and pleasure. She inspires me to continue on with her kind words. Kind words she gives to all who write for this ship. Several times i near flushed it all and she talked me back.

So all i can say is that this is truly deserved.

Lol, sorry dear, but we all know you're just a little ball of blushing fluff underneath that Queensguard armor of yours.
