What is a Round Robin?

A Round Robin is a story written by more than one writers as a collaboration effort. The participants write their response on the spot. There will be no planning, so if you're willing to stretch your writing muscles out -- why not give it a try?

As this is a Stargaryen / Danarya forum, the story will of course center around the Daenerys x Arya ship.

Once we wrap the first Round Robin story up, someone will be given the task to revise the entire piece, and we will post the whole thing on AO3 as our first collab fanfiction

ROUND ROBIN STORY CHALLENGE ROSTER

Here's how it goes: we will have a list of participants for the Round Robin short story challenge. The first person on that list starts the Round Robin story, and the second person will continue the story on from there, etc.

• If you would like to join the round robin list, please reply to this thread, and mention if you would like to participate. First come first serve
• If you would like to be removed from the list, please post your request here as well.
• If you are unable to write your part in the story when it is your turn, you will receive a gentle reminder after 1 week of no participation.
• If you are unable to write your part in the story after 2 weeks -- without prior warning to the team, or a request to please put the story on hold until further notice -- your name will unfortunately be taken off the list.

• Please be considerate to the other members in the list; nonsensical additions to the story, such as trolly nonsense, something insulting to other people (or something that insults another person), or something written with malicious intent will be removed immediately. The person who wrote the section will be given a warning. 3 warnings and you're out!
• Please don't butt heads when someone veers the story to a place you did not expect and/or did not want. The point of the Round Robin story challenge is to be flexible with the story, no matter where it goes. We're not aiming for perfection, just some good old fashioned fun
• The wordcount for each person's post is 500 words or less.
• Double posting is not allowed! Double posts will automatically be deleted.
