Thanks everyone - I apologize for my absence the last few days, I actually have another job lined up in the same company. A bit of a demotion, but to be honest, entirely worth it.
The money thing was just the straw that broke the camel's back. There have been a lot of issues which I won't get into here, but at the end of the day the main problem I can't deal with anymore is simple exhaustion.
It looks like you may end up in a similar state if you are not careful there, good General =( ..don't worry about the painting until you have some free time; take care of yourself before anything!
Because once you hit burnout, it's just so hard to come back.
