I apologize for being away, things at work have come to a head and Starky has been applying for other jobs. When a newbie gets hired in at the same job title as me, at only 5k less per year after I've put in a full decade - I am done.

Sad, but you usually have to leave where you work to get the raise you deserve. Gods i hate big business and government but at least we ain't making someone else rich.
