Recently, the subject of Exclusive content, and NSFW content, and risks of theft was brought up among staff because of just how many guest we had within a twenty-four hour period (There were something like 150-160+ guest DEC 14). The subject of how to bring these lurkers out of the shadows and get them to join in has been a topic of discussion since the beginning of course, and we have tried to call out to these people on more then one occasion.
So with the new year, we are trying something different.
Both the Fanfiction Archive, and the Fanart Collection sub-forums have been Member Locked. - Guest can now see that these sub-forums exist, but they are only accessible by Members and Staff.
All other sub-forums remain accessible to everyone. But you now have to be logged in to view the fanfiction and fanart sub-forums.
This is not because we are elitist. This is because we wish to encourage guest to actually join. And because we want to keep House Exclusive content in House, unless its creator chooses to post it outside of the House. And because there is now NSFW content, and well... just like Deviant Art, you have to be a member to see that content as well.
For members who sometimes view this website from devices they arnt logged into. We are sorry for the inconvenience. For Non-Members; please sign up and join us to get full access to all of the House Exclusive Content.
