I feel like Arya is the one who still has Stark honor, in terms of morals but tempers it with reality. She killed the Frey's to avenge her family, but the Frey's struck the first blow. Poisoning may not be 'honorable' to some people in the show, but Arya did what was necessary.
I can't imagine that the Starks ruled for so long as Kings and put down multiple rebellions by playing the honorable role the whole time (although it would have been good to kill the Boltons thousands of years ago). Of course, that could have been the reason for some of those rebellions (others seeing them as weak).
I think Arya is the one that knows what is right and will generally follow what Ned taught her, but is willing to set it aside when she needs to for the protection of her family (a moral Tywin?)
Hmmm, she recognizes that morals are important to aspire to but aspirations without reality can leave you headless?
Arya is someone who had family although not so much freedom. She stole bits and pieces of freedom from her social chains. Then she lost her family and suddenly had all this freedom dumped on her, freedom from social expectations and eventually from other things as well even as new chains tried to wrap themselves around her. Arya is someone who like Dany will spend a lifetime working to have only the chains she chose's.
“I’m not a Lady, I’m a Wolf!” "He who fights with monsters should be careful lest he thereby become a monster. And if thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee." The tormentor becomes the tormented. People become what they love and hate, because their mind focuses on it."

I completely agree. She want to have the ability to choose her own path and make her own choices. The problem is, the ability to do so has only come about due to great hardship, pretty much because the people making those choices for here are now dead. Would she give up that freedom again to get back her family and go back the way things were? I would think so just because she doesn't hate her family. She wants her freedom but I don't think she wants it at a cost to the people she loves.

Arya (and feel free to disagree with me) strikes me as a believer in the Old Gods, she is devote in her own way. She is Honorable in her own way and Duty bound certain actions and the Killing of the nights watch deserter is proof of that. She loves with the whole of herself otherwise why would it change her so much to experience the loss of her family and deticating herself to the avenging of her family rather than just never setting foot in Westros at all ever again. She is pragmatic I don’t think I list why. She is a complex shattered masterpiece fused back together with Valyrian Steel.
