Don't watch much TV but one show i watched last year was Dark Matter. i see i have missed three episodes this year and wlll catch up but this would really work.

with minds wiped clean they are reforming themselves but lots of questions of will past make them revert to evil selves and do things that are ambiguous and willing to do what is necessary to get out of situations and take down the "bad guys".

Dayz, you need to watch Firefly. Same writer as Dollhouse (Joss Whedon). There's only 15 episodes, and then the follow-up movie 'Serenity'. I think you would really like it.
